Julie-Anna Needham is an independent podcast producer, media trainer and journalist. Alongside launching her own business news podcast, she is producing and presenting a series for npower Business Solutions about the future of the energy industry. She is also working on the launch of another podcast series.

Julie-Anna previously worked as a reporter for the business news publications, Dealreporter and Mergermarket, where she launched, produced and presented a podcast about M&A.

Prior to working as a business reporter, Julie-Anna was a broadcast journalist.  

During her career in broadcasting, she worked as a researcher for BBC Radio 4’s news programmes (The World At One and PM), a planning producer for BBC Radio 1’s Newsbeat, a reporter for BBC local radio and TV, and a freelance reporter for Sky News. 

Career highlights include spending the day with the Hells Angels, interviewing the prime minister, being thrown out of Windsor Great Park and a night out with Kiefer Sutherland.
